Bicycle touring in the High-Jura

My passion for the bicycle touring in the High-Jura was concretized since 1997 after
having practised the pedestrian excursion in this area since 1992, that I council has

From 1997 I create my own courses at the beginning of Bellefontaine 1028m of
altitude.

During 5 years I will traverse the Jura and will accumulate courses of 20 with more
100km.
Sometimes towards Doubs, sometimes towards very close Switzerland, some collars
strewing my courses, the collar of the savine 991m, the collar of landoz-new 1260m,
the collar of Marchairuz 1679m.
In 2002 on the site of the roads of the county I leave a message on the gold book
relating to my passion of the Jura and the bicycle touring. Nicolas Bouveret being in

The bicycle on average mountain is accessible to all with a VTC or a racing cycle or

In 2003 I decided to innovate with small mileage from 18 to 40 km open to more the in
love one with the bicycle.
The majority of my excursions are at the beginning of Bellefontaine, but nothing
prevents you from starting from any point of the circuit.
